Description:

Harper Craven is one of the UK’s major players in consultancy and people development. Our programmes are all entirely bespoke and are known for their relevance and practical output. The main streams of skills training we conduct are in the areas of Management, Sales, Client Management and Business skills.

We operate in our clients from the top level of management downward, and due to the expansion of our business, more associated trainers are needed to deliver training programmes and master classes. Our clients range from professional services through to manufacturing organisations, and are intensely variable in size and geography.

Harper Craven prides itself upon the high standard of professional service it offers, combined with an upbeat culture and attitude. We believe that our attention to detail, sensitivity to client needs and total reliability are central to our success.

What you need to be:

We require our associates to be operationally experienced in business, from people management backgrounds or sales and sales team management roles. You will already be a freelance trainer who is interested in forming a relationship with a known brand, with an effective supporting infrastructure.

On joining the Harper Craven Associate team you will be supported with guidance on the methods and approaches we use, and through the lifetime of your contracts on an on- going basis.
Please send CV in the first instance by email or fax
