Management excellence - a modular programme
 

Development of management potential was high on this organizations agenda in support of corporate strategy. In this modular programme the organizations vision, values and competencies are integrated into its design and delivery to increase relevance and impact in the business. It’s over arching aim of enhancing performance in their current roles and developing capability to operate potentially at a higher level, through growing leadership behaviours, business & people skills.
The programme offers a core skills set for key managers with opportunity to self –select additional modules in line with personal development plans. An induction to the programme starts the series of events and is concluded by participants making presentation of their learning at the highest level.
