Many people in business sometimes feel
that they've been overtaken by the pace of change. Of
course, change won't stop. Nor will the pace
of change slow down or even maintain its present speed
- it is accelerating, and managers everywhere have
to keep moving and developing to stay in touch.
Change really is important. If organisations
don't change, they will cease to exist.
The ability to manage change successfully is essential
for an organisation's continued survival, success,
